I purchased but the app still shows the paywall. What do I do? +
First, try closing and fully reopening the app — it sometimes needs a moment to sync your purchase from Apple. If it's still locked after reopening, tap "I already paid — check my access" on the paywall screen. Still no luck? Email us at

How do I request a refund? +
Refunds are processed through Apple since all purchases go through the App Store. Visit
reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your StarFlow purchase, and request a refund. Apple typically processes these within a few days. You're also welcome to email us first — we'll always try to make it right before you have to go that route.
Can I use StarFlow on multiple devices? +
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any iPhone or iPad and your chart, profile, and access will be there. Your $9.99 purchase is tied to your account, not a single device.
How do I delete my account and data? +

info@bouldermountaintech.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and your account email. We'll permanently delete all your data within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
My birth chart looks wrong — what should I check? +
Double-check that your birth time and location are entered correctly — even a 30-minute difference can shift your rising sign and house placements. If everything looks right and something still seems off, email us your birth details and we'll verify the calculation manually.
